Well a guy who likes to build things starting hacking around with +15 data that the City of Calgary made available through their Open Data Catalogue. One thing led to another and after many hours wandering the +15 with his phone and laptop (to many strange looks and a few unhappy security guards) he started building a model of all things +15.

After a few late nights (well alot of late nights if you ask his wife) a website & mobile app started to emerge.
